Amber beer elaborated, for the most part, with organic malts from the center of France,
Ardèche Chestnut flour and Auvergne Gentian with raw materials from organic farming.

Round and sweet taste brought by the chestnut, tip of bitterness of the gentian which completes that of hops without denaturing them.
