Shipping and Delivery Information

Delivery is made to relay points for all orders under €400. the price of delivery to a relay point for an order of less than 200 euros is €9. For an order at relay points over €200, the shipping costs are €15

For orders over €400, delivery by carrier to your home is possible. the price of this delivery will then be offered.

The ordered product is delivered by the carrier selected by Brasserie Sancerroise to the address appearing on the order form. The choice of delivery method depends on the destination of the items.

The average delivery time is 7 working days and depends on the destination.

Please provide us with times for delivery as well as a telephone number, so that the carrier can contact you if they have difficulty delivering to you. (This number will only be used for this purpose).

If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Any package leaving our warehouses is no longer our responsibility, the carrier will therefore be responsible for any delay or loss of the package.
